Tips for Selling your Property
#1. De clutter. Clean out all closets, storage areas, and any extra furniture. Have a garage sale, give away, or put in storage. The goal is to make your house look spacious and clean!
#2. Curb appeal. Pick up any extra hoses, tools, christmas decorations, garbage cans, etc. from the yard. Weed flower beds, cut grass, and trim shrubs. You want it to look inviting when prospects pull up the drive.
#3. Scape and paint any loose paint and trim. Take care of all cosmetics you have been neglecting.
